Associate professor of international economics and public finance at the Faculty of International Economics, Finance and Business, UDG. He has twenty years of experience at responsible positions in the public and financial sectors. Some of his positions include: Minister of Finance in the Government of Montenegro, member of the Board of the Development Bank of the Council of Europe, chairman of the Board of Directors of Societe Generale Bank Montenegro, member of the Board of Directors of SKB Slovenia. He was engaged as a senior expert on numerous projects of international institutions (UNDP, HO, CEF, PWC).
