According to the Law on Insurance, insurance is the pooling of funds based on the principles of reciprocity and solidarity of an indefinite number of persons, individuals and legal entities, into an insurance company, which undertakes to pay compensation, the sum insured or do something else to one of those or third parties , in the case of damage to property, destruction or damage to things, death or personal injury, bodily injury or impairment of health, due to the occurrence of a specific event that could not be foreseen in advance, i.e. the occurrence of which could not be prevented or avoided or with the passage of time, on the basis of an insurance contract (policy) and conditions prescribed in advance by the insurance company.

Insurance, as a form of interaction between the client and the insurance company through a concluded contract (insurance policy), enables the compensation of damage caused by the possible occurrence of a loss event, thus providing the client with the certainty that his property, life or company will be protected, and the damage compensated.

We live in a time whose main rule is uncertainty and where change is the only constant. We can testify that tomorrow is unpredictable and unexpected if we look back on the previous year at least for a moment.

Therefore, the pursuit of security becomes the primary goal. Insurance is becoming an increasingly important aspect of life and business, due to the numerous potential risks that surround us.

Being uninsured potentially means being at a big loss should an unexpected, damaging event,occur.
